Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your e-mail boxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and protect your email accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just choose the mail account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
